DISO BLACK EXECUTIVE TRANSPORT – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms By booking a reservation with DISO Black Executive Transport ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, passengers, and affiliates utilizing our services.
2. Reservations and Minimums
Hourly As-Directed: All hourly reservations require a strict two (2) hour minimum booking. Time exceeding the scheduled block is billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.
Included Fees: Standard rates include chauffeur gratuity and standard routing fees, unless otherwise specified during the booking process or for custom corporate quotes.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy To maintain the highest level of availability for our VIP clientele, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time will be fully refunded.
100% Charge: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full estimated cost of the reservation.
No-Shows: If a passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location without notifying our dispatch team, the reservation will be considered a "No-Show" and billed at 100% of the total cost.
4. Grace Periods and Wait Times
Commercial Aviation: We monitor all commercial flights in real-time. We provide a complimentary 60-minute grace period from the moment the wheels touch down.
Standard & Private Aviation (FBO): We provide a complimentary 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time.
Wait time exceeding these complimentary periods will be billed at our standard hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
5. Vehicle Policies & Cleaning Fees
Capacity: Our Premium Black SUVs safely accommodate a maximum of six (6) passengers.
Conduct & Damage: DISO Black maintains immaculate vehicles. Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Cleaning Fee: The reserving client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A minimum fee of $250.00 USD will be assessed for excessive cleaning, including but not limited to spills, bodily fluids, or smoke odor removal.
6. Liability DISO Black is not liable for delays or the termination of service caused by unsafe road conditions, heavy traffic, severe weather, or other unforeseeable force majeure events beyond our control. We will make every executive effort to ensure on-time, safe arrival at your destination.
